2. Financial Agreements.

• Advance payment is required to initialize research and creative loops.
• Ad spend budget is separate from agency service fees.
• All financial transactions are documented for transparency.

3. Intellectual Property.

All code, Gemini-engineered prompts, and AI-driven creative assets produced by Jadeed Solutions remain the property of the agency until full project clearance. Clients retain ownership of their brand data and proprietary business information provided during the engagement.

4. Client Responsibilities.

To achieve record-breaking cost-per-lead benchmarks, clients must provide timely access to necessary business platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, etc.). Furthermore, the client or their designated team is responsible for handling lead inquiries initiated via automated messaging funnels.

5. Liability & Performance.

6. Governing Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lahore, Pakistan. Any technical disputes shall be resolved through data-centric analysis and professional consultation.
